I've been using this iron every morning for over a year and have had no problems with it. It heats up fast and NEVER leaks. EVERY single iron I have EVER owned had a leakage problem, so this is a great relief to me. Sometimes the retractable cord needs a few extra tugs to properly retract and you also need to keep the water level full for optimal steam, but, let's face it, it's only $30. Most irons with this quality and number of features cost about $50-$100. This is a great iron for the price.
