This Electric Thermo pot has different temperature settings 140 180 190 208. the dispenser is electric (no need to press hard) heats water relatively quickly. Customer Review: OK but not outstanding

The best thing about this thermo pot is its size -- it's noticeably smaller than the "normal" thermo pots, and for a 1-person office, it's perfect. It also heats water quickly.
The worst thing is the electric dispensing function. It does not work well right after the water has boiled. The water comes out in a trickle, and stops altogether after about half a cup of water has been dispensed. I have to wait for five seconds and then continue to press and release the Dispense button in order to get a full cup of water for tea. I like to use truly boiling water because I am brewing black tea. It dispenses properly once the water settles at the "holding" temperature.

I took water from our reverse osmosis filtration system to put into this unit. We have "pure" hot water any time we want. It is a great addition to the kitchen counter.
