I got this thermo pot as a baby shower gift from one of my girlfriends, who is a veteran mom. It's great to have ready hot water with a baby, it's easy to use, the water is always hot. The size is perfect for our use. My Mother-in-law likes it so much we bought it for her as a thank you gift for helping us so much the last few months. It's easy to use, just that there's mineral build-up, have to use the mineral removal pills to clean up the pot once every two months. Other than that, it's reliable, easy to use, I highly recommend it.Customer Review: Quite a nice thermo pot

I am looking for an electric thermo pot for some hot beverages. I went to Chinese grocery stores to see what they got. Mostly sells off-brand or the extremely expensive TIGER brand. I have a relative using the Panasonic electric thermo pot and really like it. So I ordered one for myself. It works great! Heat water in 20 minutes or less. I have not really count how long though.... I wish I have bought a bigger one since I need to boil another pot in couple days.

I just got mine today. Comes in a white color not the blue shown, which I like. The cover comes off completely to dry and fill and the hinge is made out of metal not plastic. This unit holds 9 cups of water and takes about 27 minutes to heat up. Need to unlock button to dispense water, a good safety feature. Unit also swivels at base. Nice size and design, but most of all makes hot water quick....looking forward to my teas and hot chocolate!Customer Review: Great product!

This Panasonic electric thermo pot is awesome! It takes about 30-40 minutes for the water to boil and once it does it keeps the water at four different temperature settings. I haven't found any problems with it so far. The only thing is the machine is a little warm to the touch and I'm thinking if they made it more insulated, I would be able to save more money on electricity. It's perfect for the office or at home! I've been using this pot for warm water at anytime and for hot water to make tea. Comparing with the more expensive and fancier Zojirushi pots, this one has one more option of keeping warm at 140F which is suitable for immediate drinking. It's also versatile to keep warm at 208F or 195F to make coffee or tea when needed. Generally speaking I don't regret at all to make this purchase.
