I've had this product for maybe a month now and have been very pleased. It does everything I want it to do--boils water, keeps it warm for as long as I'd like, is cool to the touch externally, has a cord that detaches for safety, etc. It's more expensive than some kettles that have less features, but I think it's more than worth the price difference.Customer Review: Nice features, good value

This is our second countertop water heater for teas/soups etc. The insulation in our first one (a zojirushi hand pump) broke down after four years. We really like the automatic dispensing feature and the 6 hour break feature, as well as the fact that it is plain white. This thermo pot is great! I use it to make tea, bowl of instant noodles, and oatmeal. The auto dispense is awesome. I had an old manual pump dispenser before and should have gotten rid of it sooner. You won't go wrong with this panasonic thermal pot. I purchased a second one for my son's use in his college dormitory.Customer Review: Very good hot pot

Got the item and it works just fine. As mentioned, you can keep it at four different temps. Added features that I appreciate are the push button water dispenser instead of the older pumps. It's easy to use, the water is always hot. The size is perfect for our use.
