Nice microwave, lots of functions. It's larger than we expected, but fit fine within the space above the range - the interior rack is really nice for heating or cooking on two levels. Also the fan is really strong and moves a lot of air. We like this unit a lot.
18 months later - door latch broke. We have 6 people at home, but we haven't mistreated it, so I still don't think it should have broken. I bought a Panasonic replacement part locally ($7), it looks a bit more heavy duty than the original that broke, so I'm guessing they figured they needed to beef it up. Install was a bit tougher than I expected; had to take the whole unit down (it's big). The tech manual was unclear and I struggled with the latch, but then I finally figured out the door had to be closed to install the latch.
It's working again, like new. Still a very good microwave, but due to the latch I'd give it 4 stars now, though.
