The Panasonic microwave works perfectly. Other complaints I've read as to difficulty of opening the door, and poor visability of the readout are not issues for me. The only negative so far are the smudge prints that accumulate on the stainless and glossy finish. Otherwise it is an excellent unit that is highly recommended for a mid sized microwave.
