I purchased this Panasonic rice cooker to replace my 12yr old Tiger cooker. The product works great so far with white rice and cleaning feature. It's easy to use and not taking much space on my counter. This rice cooker is MADE IN CHINA, which I don't know how much reliable it is. My old Tiger cooker was made in Japan and is still going, it's just a little small for a growing family. I would recommend this product for a family of 2-4.Customer Review: A little bit of home

Thank goodness I found this. This is the same rice cooker I've been using in Japan for the last 3 years, and I wasn't looking forward to having to go without it. Granted, in Japan, pretty much all the rice cookers look like this, and a cooker of that quality would be cheaper, but it's a good deal for being in the states, and translated into English to boot.Customer Review: WOW

My wife loves this cooker. It's easy and makes perfect rice every time self cleaning and looks nice too. Not an eye sore. Looked a few in the price range. This one got the best reviews. Great rice cooker. I tried white and brown rice. Perfectly cooked, every time. The spring loaded cord is surprisingly handy, and stores cleanly. Very easy and hassle free. I have used cheapo cookers, and this one is well worth the money. Healthy, delicious brown rice was easy, and perfectly cooked. I assume this one works pretty dang well too, but I realize that this is the one we bought for a relative, and that I actually own this one: Zojirushi NS-ZCC10 5-1/2-Cup Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker and Warmer, Premium White
