I bought this rice cooker for my son at Christmas and he is trying to return it with no help from the company. They will not answer the phone or return communicatons with him. After reading the reviews of this company, this happens alot!!!! I have now gotten in touch with Amazon to help in this return matter. I would think if Amazon advertises for this company that they would read the review of other complaints and not sell items for this company. I am hoping that we get this cooker returned and money back.
